If you are seeing a ”cannot save, 500 error message, internal server error”, when trying to save. Or content is not loading, or appears blank.
First try clearing your cache and browser cookies.
Also, if you are running an anti-virus software this could be causing you some trouble. One thing that we recently noticed is that some anti-virus software blocks some of our content. Please check with your anti-virus provider to see if you are able to add ck12.org to their white list.
