  • Students will use and/or create a computer simulation that describes the motion of a model rocket; the simulation will use a spreadsheet and numerical techniques to show solutions for a second-order differential equation.
  • Students will use algebra and trigonometry to solve a problem.
  • Students will evaluate the errors associated with the use of simulations to solve complex problems.
