Flexi Says: High throughput DNA sequencing has led to the rapid analysis of DNA. High throughput sequencing (HTS) technologies are capable of sequencing multiple DNA molecules in parallel, enabling hundreds of millions of DNA molecules to be sequenced at a time. Scientists now hope to apply these tools for genotype and phenotype mapping and to understand complex trait phenotypes.
