Flexi Says: A chromosomal disorder due to different number of chromosomes than the normal 46 are called chromosomal aberration. It is due to mutations that create missing, extra, or irregular portion of chromosomal DNA. Down syndrome, Turner's syndrome, Triple X syndrome and Klinefelter's syndrome are the few examples of chromosomal aberrations.
