Flexi Says: The recessive phenotype will be expressed only when the dominant allele is absent, or when an individual is homozygous recessive. Remember each child will get one allele from mother and one from father. Since both the parents are recessive they can only pass a recessive allele, all the offspring must be having the recessive trait. The parents with only recessive traits will have children with recessive traits.
