Flexi Says: Incomplete dominance occurs when the phenotype of a heterozygous offspring is somewhere in between the phenotypes of both homozygous parents; a completely dominant allele does not occur while Codominance occurs when both alleles are expressed equally in the phenotype of the heterozygote. The red and white flower cross result in pink flower is example of incomplete dominance while the red and white flower cross result in codominant offspring having red and white petals in same flower.
