Q: Do all elements in group 13 have the same oxidation number?

Flexi Says: Group 13 elements have a general oxidation state of +3, however, some of its elements also show the oxidation state of +1 due to the inert pair effect. The tendency to have the oxidation state of +1 increases on moving down the group.
