Flexi Says: Since there are no gravitational forces acting on the water, the water would not stay in the bag when opened. Pushing the washcloth into the bag causes the water to move around the washcloth and out of the bag. The surface tension of the water makes it stick to itself, forming a blob whether it is inside our outside of the bag.
