Is it safe to drink ocean water?

Flexi Says:
The amount of water lost in urine is controlled by the kidneys. When you have an excessive fluid intake, you will go to frequent urination that would be diluted and higher volume than usual. However, on drinking highly salty ocean water, the body needs to get rid of the excess salt, due to which there will be more urination of water than what a person might have drunk. This causes an increase in dehydration.
